10/25/08
MD Law came out with a 5-4 win in our season home opener vs. Military District of Washington. It was a hard fought tightly contested game against this very good newly formed team.
11/8/08
MD Law cruised to an easy 10-0 victory against the Berks County Enforcers. The Enforcers held their own in the first period but MD Law turned up the heat in the 2nd and 3rd. Matt Hill (2 goals, 1 assist), Chris Stevenson (2 goals), Mike Keller (2 goals, 2 assists), Brendan McGrath (1 goal, 3 assists), and Mike Miller (2 goals, 2 assists) all had stellar games to put the game out of reach early.

MD Law notched another victory against the Chesapeake Clippers coming away with a 14-7 win. The Clippers came on strong in the third period but our lead was too great by then. Mike Feyko (3 goals, 2 assists), Brendan McGrath (3 goals, 1 assist, and Brandon Stroup (4 goals, 1 assist) all had great games.

MD Law came away with another good win to go 4-0 on the season. We are finally starting to play like a team and it really showed in our 15-4 victory over the Howard County Firefighters. Almost every player on the team had at least an assist. Several players had exceptional games: Mike Feyko (4 goals, 3 assists), Brendan McGrath (3 goals, 1 assist), Mike Keller (4 goals), Mike Miller (1 goal, 3 assists)--Just to name a few.

Congratulations to the team for a great 2008-09 Season. We now bring our 14-1 regular season record into the D.C. Fire and Rochester Police Tournaments in April.

MD Law won four straight games to win the D.C. Fire Tournament in Laurel. We had wins over the Fairfax Virginia Fire Chiefs (8-2), Montgomery County Police/Fire (2-1), Fairfield Connecticut Firefighters (9-2). In the championship game we got our stuff together and beat Montgomery County Police/Fire 9-3.
